Oat Free Granola

This recipe is perfect for you if you can't eat oats. If you would like to make a molasses granola, replace the cinnamon with two tablespoons of molasses. 1 cup rice flour ½ cup cornstarch ¼ teaspoon xanthan gum 2 tablespoons sugar ¼ teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon cinnamon. 3/8 cup (¾ of a stick) butter 1 egg 2 tablespoons honey 1 cup various nuts 1 cup raisins and/or craisins   Grease a large cookie sheet with butter.
