Gluten-Free Muffins

Blueberry Swirl Muffins

It’s actually been a month since I made this muffin recipe, so forgive me if I fail to remember enough to wax eloquent on the glories of gluten free blueberry swirl muffins. I may be a foodie, but I can’t remember how my food tasted a month after I ate it. Frankly I’d rather not think too much about last month’s food. Because last month, shortly after making eating the last crumb of these muffins, I went to New Zealand and began The Diet of Tuna (which, by the way, is not required in New ...

Paleo Banana Muffins

These are: Dairy free, grain free, gluten-free, and soy free. They can be made sugar free fairly easily. The only thing that’s counting them as non-sugar free is a little bit of honey, which can be substituted with another kind of paleo sweetener. You can also go with no sweetener at all, since the banana does add quite a bit of sweetness. Makes: 8 muffins Time: 10 minutes prep, 40 minutes cook Ingredients 1 ½ cups almond flour 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed (optional. I find ...

Cinnamon Nut Muffins

I felt guilty today because I hadn't made up a recipe for almost a week. I've made two recipes from other blogs in the past week for my Mom's birthday, however. One of them, some delicious grain-free gluten-free dairy-free almond flour muffins. I'll be making them again since my Mom doesn't eat grains or dairy. I got that recipe from The Roost Blog. You should look it up...It's a beautiful blog. I also made a chocolate avocado mousse. Which was less of a success, because everybody could ...

Yeast Muffins

This morning for breakfast, I made these little yeast muffins. I downsized this batch for the blog, but originally it made twelve instead of six. That still wasn't enough. I found these are easiest made with the bread-maker. However, you can make it without the bread-maker. If you make it with the bread-maker, it will be done an hour and a ...

Hi, I’m Linnaea, the girl behind the blog! Welcome to my corner of the internet! I'm so glad you're here. :) [Read More...]
