Hi Linnaea-
Just found your blog from reading about you in Mary Jane’s Farm magazine!
My son is a chiropractor in Boise. (Red Mountain Choropractic). He and his family eat gluten free, and I am influenced by his example! I try recipes all the time and look forward to using yours!
This week I had great luck with a peach “dump cake” made with gluten free cake mix and baked in my crock pot! The crock pot baking is such a moist environment, the cake comes out like a cross between a cobbler and a steamed pudding! Not dry like so many gluten free baked goods! Oh, and be sure to include a beaten egg, even, though many dump cake recipes skip the eggs!
Keep up your wonderful blog and inspiring life!

I love the crock pot idea! I’ve baked in a dutch oven before and the results were very nice and moist…seems like the crock pot would have the same results. I’ll definitely give it a try. š
