This simple 6 ingredients, paleo and gluten free lemon ginger salad dressing takes just a few minutes to make and is way better for you than unhealthy grocery store alternatives!

Serves: About ¾ cup dressing
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed and finely chopped
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ⅓ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1½ teaspoons fresh grated ginger
  • Pinch of pepper
  1. Put all of the ingredients in the blender and blend until combined and smooth.
  2. Pour into a jar, refrigerate until use. If you refrigerate for more than 1 hour, the oil will harden up a bit, so you may have to blend it again until use.
