Make this delicious waffle sandwich for a quick lunch! All you need is sandwich filling ingredients and some waffles leftover from breakfast.

  • 2 whole leftover waffles (recipe linked to above!)
  • Sandwich filling ingredients. Some options are below!
  • 2 large cheese slices
  • sliced tomatoes
  • sliced meat or thin large burger (this is what I used)
  • olives
  • lettuce
  1. Stack all of the fillings on one waffle and put the other waffle on top. Slice into four chunks. If you're taking this to work, put toothpicks through each one to make sure that they hold together well. And there you are. Enjoy.
